About Rachal
Before moving into consultancy, Rachal worked as Head of Income Generation and Deputy Director across hospices, housing charities, and mental health organisations. She has been a fundraiser, a budget-holder, and a manager — which means she understands the pressures on the other side of the table as well as the fundraising itself.
She has personally overseen the generation of tens of millions of pounds across trusts and foundations, statutory commissioners, major donors, and corporate partnerships. Whatever your situation, she has very likely seen something like it before.
