Is it really free?
Yes. There is no charge and nothing to buy.
What time does it start?
12 noon to 1pm UK time. The clocks have not gone back by 14 October, so this is British Summer Time (GMT+1).
Do I have to speak?
No. Type your question in the chat, or just listen.
Is it recorded?
Yes. The recording goes on our YouTube channel within a week. Please leave donors' names out of your questions.
Can I ask about my own charity?
Yes. Keep it general enough to share with the group, and leave out anything confidential.
